Beyond the Felt — Privacy Policy

Beyond the Felt ("the App") is operated by Socially Wild Poker Club. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

When you register for the App, we collect:

• Name — to identify you in the game scheduler
• Phone number — used for account identification and game notifications

We also collect gameplay data such as game attendance, seat requests, and poker or casino session statistics that you voluntarily enter.

If you choose to use Wagering Analytics, we store only the personal result data you manually enter or confirm for import, such as platform, dates, event or market, selection, status, amount risked, payout, fees, category, odds, notes, and import history. The original CSV or Excel file is parsed on your device; the App receives the normalized rows you preview and confirm, not the original statement file.

We do not request or store sportsbook usernames, passwords, account-access tokens, or betting-account credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To manage game scheduling and seat reservations
• To send push notifications about game updates, seat confirmations, and reminders
• To track attendance and player reliability
• To display poker session statistics and leaderboards
• To provide private, read-only wagering-result analytics, import validation, duplicate protection, and import undo controls when you opt in

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Cloudflare — for hosting and data storage
• Apple Push Notification Service — for delivering push notifications

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database).

5. Push Notifications

The App may request permission to send push notifications for game reminders and seat updates. You can disable these at any time in your device's Settings.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as you maintain an active account. Wagering records remain until you delete and disconnect Wagering Analytics, delete your account, or request deletion. Undoing an import removes the active records associated with that import. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under the age of 18. Wagering Analytics is restricted to users who confirm they are 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect wagering-result data from minors.

8. Your Rights

You may request to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and data
• Delete and disconnect Wagering Analytics from inside the App

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
